Purchase terms.

The following applies to plugin licences purchased through the Hey George shop. Use one Hey George account for purchases, downloads, activation keys, connected websites and subscription billing. Contact info@heygeorge.co.za for purchase or support assistance.

Subscription Orders pricing

The regular price is R1,795 every six months or R2,750 every year. During the Christmas Special, your first six-month term is R995 (44.6% off) or your first annual term is R1,795 (34.7% off). The special ends at 23:59 South African time on 15 November 2026. The discount applies to the first term only: subsequent six-month renewals are R1,795 and subsequent annual renewals are R2,750.

Other plugin subscriptions

The current Hey George Memberships launch offer is R1,950 initially and R1,950 on annual renewal. Ubuntu Booking is R995 initially and R995 on annual renewal when sales are available. Each product has its own licence and subscription. The checkout shows the chosen product, initial payment and recurring amount before you continue to PayFast. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in South African rand. Hey George is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

One production website

Each licence covers one production website and includes access to the plugin download, support and regular product updates during the paid period. Your Hey George licence fee does not increase with your number of subscribers or transactions. Payment provider processing fees and your own website hosting are separate. Updates can be downloaded from your Hey George account.

Requirements

All products require a compatible WordPress website and HTTPS. Subscription Orders also requires WooCommerce and an eligible PayFast and/or Stitch merchant account for its payment features. Memberships and Ubuntu Booking have their own documented WordPress and provider requirements; WooCommerce is optional for Ubuntu Booking. Refer to the selected product page and installation guide before purchasing. Provider onboarding, approval, processing fees, website hosting and connected service accounts are separate. Reliable scheduled tasks need a working WordPress scheduler; the installation guides include server-cron instructions.

Cancelling and moving websites

Cancel future licence renewals for each product from your Hey George account. Cancellation takes effect once PayFast confirms it. Paid access remains available until its displayed expiry date. You can release a website activation in your account before activating another website. Cancellation of one product does not cancel your other products. Expiry or revocation stops paid downloads, updates and new activations. Each plugin’s guide describes its behaviour after expiry; existing website records are retained. For Subscription Orders, existing merchant customer renewals, payment notifications and cancellation remain available.

Support and purchase queries

Contact info@heygeorge.co.za for help with installation, billing, refunds or a payment you do not recognise. Keep your purchase reference handy. No additional Hey George charge is added at checkout. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your information

We store account details, purchase and payment references, licence keys and activated website URLs to deliver the plugin, manage subscriptions and provide support. Card details are handled by PayFast. Account emails are used for verification, password recovery and subscription messages. Licence keys and reusable gateway tokens are encrypted in storage.
