Before you get started.
Is this a website or a plugin?
A plugin for your existing WordPress website. The backend tools come with the plugin. Plans and the member dashboard appear on pages through [mp_plans] and [mp_account], or their WordPress blocks. It does not install the demonstration theme.
Do I need another paid subscriptions extension?
No. Native PayFast recurring checkout works without WooCommerce. Core WooCommerce is needed for WooCommerce product checkout and the included recurring-order route; the separately paid WooCommerce Subscriptions extension is not required for new agreements.
Which gateway can I use?
This release supports PayFast with ZAR membership prices. Connect your own merchant account and test your website before live sales. Stripe, PayPal and Stitch are outside this release’s supported checkout scope.
Is the CRM a separate subscription?
The native membership CRM is included. Contacts, tags, notes, consent, tasks, segments and opportunities work within WordPress without another CRM account.
Can I customize the dashboard?
Yes. Use Dashboard designer for member-area branding and section order, and Registration forms for scoped and conditional questions. Your theme controls the surrounding website.
Where do I get my key and download?
After PayFast confirms the purchase, sign in to your Hey George plugin-shop account. Your plugin download, activation key, connected website and renewal controls appear there.
