What we supply
Hey George Pty Ltd sells downloadable WordPress plugins, software licences and website services. These are delivered electronically or through agreed remote service work. Our current online shop does not sell physical products requiring packaging, a courier or postal delivery.
Shipping rates and regions
Shipping charges for our current digital products and remote services are R0. There are no courier zones, physical shipping regions, collection points or parcel tracking numbers for these purchases. Hey George is based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, 4091 and serves South African customers online.
Delivery timeframes
Plugin downloads and licence keys are released through My account after verified payment. Website builds, repairs, content and maintenance follow the onboarding and milestones agreed with you. See the delivery policy for the full process. A recurring billing date is a payment date, not a physical shipping or guaranteed service-completion date.
Separate third-party costs
Hosting, domain registration, payment-provider fees and paid third-party software are not shipping charges. Where they are needed and not included in your selected package, they must be disclosed and agreed separately. We do not add an undisclosed courier charge to a digital order.
Missing purchase or questions
If you cannot find a paid download or need a service update, contact info@heygeorge.co.za with your purchase reference. Do not wait for a parcel or courier message. The refund policy explains how to request a resolution if something has not been supplied.
